Terms and Conditions
1. Usage License
License: AI House grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI Assistant in accordance with the terms provided.
Restrictions: The buyer does not have the right to copy, modify, redistribute, or otherwise use the AI Assistant beyond what is expressly permitted.
2. Support and Maintenance
Support: FrostByte AI will provide support to the buyer as agreed in the attachment provided in the contract of asignment, including assistance with setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing use of the AI Assistant.
Maintenance: FrostByte AI will perform necessary updates and maintenance of the AI Assistant. This does not include support for third-party software or hardware issues.fmiss
6. Liability
Limitation of Liability: AI House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
AI House is also not liable for any misleading or false information generated by any AI assistant.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The AI Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties or representations.No Liability for External Factors: FrostByte AI is not responsible for any issues caused by external factors, including but not limited to software incompatibilities, third-party products, or modifications made by the buyer.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secret and not to share it with third parties without written consent. This obligation survives termination.
8. Duration and Termination
Duration: The terms come into effect from the date signed by both parties.
Termination: The agreement may be terminated by either party with [X] days' written notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to the buyer shall cease, and the buyer must cease all use of the AI Assistant.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:
The terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be sought resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, adjudicated by the Norwegian courts with Bergen as the venue.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions Amendments:
Any amendments or additions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase of the AI Assistant and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
